a direct path to selling. Closing is taught in three distinct disciplines,
giving the sales person the most comprehensive information available to

Coaching
Sessions: Topical
workshops focused on the important but not urgent responsibilities associated
with most top producers. The half-day workshops are scheduled conveniently
bi-monthly, so there is always an opportunity to learn. Topics include
Realtor Marketing, Competitive Study Selling, Time Management, Telephone
Follow-Up, Realtor Partnering, Negotiating and many others.
Sales Process/Coaching
Day: The salesperson has an opportunity to constantly improve
his or her presentation in these half-day workshops with a focus
on your specific needs.
Comprehensive
Course Revisited: Just when you think you have heard it all
before, you will be surprised to learn you did not! Our producers tell
us they often have their best month of the entire year following
this refresher course.
The Advanced
Course: This course focuses on the advantages of measurement
data in order to systematically improve the sales presentation.
It is an excellent refresher of the Comprehensive Course and teaches additional
techniques. This course can be completed in only two days, but
first requires the completion of the Comprehensive and Refresher
Courses.
